Essentially, the Juice Balance Plan® has the same approach as the ‘Weight Balance Plan®’ but instead with smoothies that are filled with all the nutrients your body needs to shed any extra fat.
For women, the plan provides approx 1,200 calories daily with approx 45% total caloric intake from carbs, 30% of calories from healthy fats, and 25% from plant-based protein.
For men, the plan provides approx 1,400 calories daily with approx 50% total caloric intake from carbs, 25% of calories from healthy fats, and 25% from plant-based protein.
Our line of smoothies are blended rather than cold-pressed so they retain as many nutrients and fiber as possible. With a healthy dose of chia and pea protein in every cup, our smoothies are a great source of antioxidants, proteins, and omega-3 fatty acids.
