Seeds Meal Plans make it easy to maintain a plant-based diet while allowing your body to reap the benefits of a nutrient-dense diet.

For women, the plan provides approx 1,800 calories daily with 50% total caloric intake from carbs, 30% of calories from healthy fats, and 20% from plant-based protein.

For men, the plan provides approx 2,100 calories daily with approx 50% total caloric intake from carbs, 30% of calories from healthy fats, and 20% from plant-based protein.
