In-Shop Fundraising events are very easy to arrange! Schedule an event at your local Seeds. Invite your friends, and we’ll donate a portion of the sales to your organization. All non-profits are eligible, from schools to scout groups, sports teams to church groups.
Stop by or call your local Seeds and request for a fundraising event. Fill out the application form to book your event with your local restaurant Manager.
The Manager will arrange for you to receive fundraising flyers, created specifically for your event.
Once you have received a confirmation e-mail accepting your request to host a fundraising event at a Seeds Restaurant, it’s time to hand out your flyers and promote your fundraiser. You should have received a Seeds Fundraising flyer in your confirmation email. To find your flyer, search for email@example.com in your email. Make copies of your flyer to pass out to your organization, friends, families and members of the community before the night of your fundraiser. The success of your fundraiser depends on the amount of people participating.
Share Your Event on Social Media
- Post the flyer on your organization’s Website, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter pages. Let us know if you need an electronic format of the flyer that we also have available to help you promote via website, email and social media.
- Encourage your organization to Like, Share and Retweet the post directly from your organization’s profile.
- Create a public Facebook event, and invite your community.
- Use relevant hashtags that relate to your community or cause.
- Call your local news station; explain your cause and request for them to help you get the word out.

Please note: For your group to receive credit for the sale, a printed or electronic version of the flyer must be shown when ordering at the restaurant. Flyers may not be passed out in or around the restaurant during your event.

Your organization will sell the gift cards at face value and keep the difference.
If your organization purchases 50 $20 gift cards ($1,000), they’ll only pay $900. Your organization will then sell the gift cards at face value and raise $100 for your program.
